Accident Recovery
After any traffic accident, your safety comes first, then securing the scene and clearing the road quickly. The Recovery Emirates team is trained to handle highway and inner-street accidents, with full compliance to UAE Police requirements and protection of your rights with the insurance company.
1What to do immediately after an accident?
Make sure you and your passengers are safe first. Turn on hazard lights, place the warning triangle a safe distance behind the car, and step away from traffic if possible.
Call the police on 999 and an ambulance if there are injuries. Then call your insurance and the recovery team at the same time to speed up vehicle removal.
Photograph the scene from multiple angles before moving anything. These photos protect your rights with insurance and shorten the report process.
2How we transport your car safely
We exclusively use hydraulic flatbeds for damaged vehicles, because dragging a broken car on its wheels can cause additional damage to the transmission or chassis.
We document the car's condition with photos before and after loading to protect your rights. We also sign an official report listing visible damage points for use in your insurance claim.
We work with major insurers like AXA, RAK National, ADNIC and Dubai National, and can transport your car directly to your insurer's approved garage.
3Highway and desert accidents
Highway accidents like Sheikh Zayed Road, Emirates Road and E11 require teams trained for high-speed safety procedures. Our team arrives in an emergency vehicle equipped with warning lights and cones to secure the scene immediately.
For desert or remote-area accidents like Liwa and Al Dhafra, we have 4x4 vehicles and long-range recovery gear. Share your location via WhatsApp GPS to speed up arrival.
